Dedicated to preserve and defend the US Constitution and Bill of Rights applied equally under the law. N.C.L.U. is committed to protect citizens’ civil liberties.

The purposes for which the N.C.L.U. exist is to develop and conduct interactive educational, training and awareness program which foster and emphasize equality of rights, responsibilities and liberties, both in family matters and at the work place, among the individuals of different ethnicities, income levels or genders. The corporation will provide access to its educational, training and awareness programs to the general public and specifically to members of the general public, organizations and institutions who either might otherwise be unable financially to avail themselves of such resources, or who might most likely benefit from availing themselves of such resources.

It is a civil right for education to be accessible to every US citizen especially those of financial need that otherwise would not have the opportunity to further their talents. It is our mission to create and nurture examples of genius and creativity among the under-privileged.
